PAN2411 - Strategic Sites - consultancy to support Local Planning case

Leicester City Council as landowner is seeking to promote a number of strategic development opportunities through an emerging new City of Leicester Local Plan. A first round of consultation on the draft Local Plan is scheduled for March 2020 and it is anticipated that Regulation 19 consultation stage will commence in January 2021, a Local Plan Inquiry is anticipated in mid-2021.

The three strategic sites that this scope relates to are as follows: • The former Western Park Golf Course; • Beaumont Park; and • Ashton Green East.

The work commissioned will support the preparation of the Council's evidence required to support the Local Plan allocations through Local Plan Inquiry stage
