Work description
Murdoch & Trevithick (M&T) is a 1.6ha brownfield site located off Drump Road in Redruth, Cornwall. The site is currently unoccupied as the previous buildings have been demolished. The site was previously occupied by an adult training centre, Highfields Private School, St Christopher's Respite Centre and Boskenneth Hostel. This is Task Order for a buildability review of a completed design for M&T
