## Description

The Authority are looking to undertake major maintenance works at Derby Street Railway Bridge and Moor Street Railway Bridge in Ormskirk Town Centre\. Both bridges are listed structures that run parrallel to each other and carry the public highway over the Ormskirk to Liverpool railway\. The work on Derby Street Railway bridge involves strengthening the structure whilst an existing extension on Moor Street bridge is to be taken down and rebuilt\. Railway possessions will be required throughout the duration of the contract to facilitate the works\.
