## Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council \(The Council\) is looking to award a Contract for the Provision of a Kennelling Service for Stray Dogs collected within the Borough of Blackburn with Darwen\. All enquiries to be made via the e portal Chest https://www\.the-chest\.org\.uk/ It is anticipated that this contract will commence on 1st December 2016 The Contract period is 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months The standard terms and conditions of the Council together with Special Conditions \(if any\) will apply to all orders placed as a consequence of this process\. Any Special Conditions will be set out in the Specification
