Description

Hosting and ongoing management and maintenance of the HRA's corporate website, including regular checks to ensure ongoing compliance with national standards. A procurement process via G-Cloud 13 identified the Supplier as the only provider capable of meeting our technical and budgetary requirements. However, due to the expiry of G-Cloud 13 on 8 November 2024, it was no longer possible to proceed with a call-off under the framework. Given the Supplier's unique suitability and the absence of viable alternatives within budget, it was determined to be justified and proportionate to proceed with a single tender action (below threshold). As the incumbent supplier, Big Blue Door Ltd ensures continuity of service, avoids transition costs, and provides value for money.
