YPO is establishing this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to provide public sector organisations with a compliant procurement route for the supply, and distribution of Aggregates, Asphalt, Ready-mix Concrete and Topsoil: the scope includes for deliveries and collections using quarried and recycled minerals. The DPS for Aggregates, Asphalt, Ready-mix Concrete and Topsoil is new and currently unique. Designed to satisfy the requirements identified by consultations with local authorities and construction industry suppliers.
