Award Notice re further competition through Professional Services Framework for a consultant to undertake a masterplan for Carlisle station. The ambition for this project is that: Carlisle Station will act as a national interchange providing high speed and frequent services from Carlisle to the wider UK. The Station will incorporate a public transport hub, improved parking and public realm helping it anchor the future growth of Carlisle City Centre including delivery of transformational development across a series of high profile sites.
