The proposed Contract is for an initial term of two (2) years with the further extension option of one 12 month period.
The Rough Sleepers Outreach Service will work to minimise the amount of rough sleepers and reduce the associated harms by providing personal support. As the support can cover a number of different vulnerabilities a wide range of support skills are crucial to appropriately assess needs, plan support and broker access to services and accommodation.
