Temporary air conditioning system - NMOC

Description

Due to the NMOC Air Conditioning incident on Saturday 8th August, we have had to instigate a new project workstream that will look at the replacement of the air conditioning system at the NMOC in due course. This RTP covers the urgent requirement for a temporary air conditioning system to be implemented in the main equipment room. Hence the reason for the RTP as this covers the temporary system as this is a service continuity measure. As such, this is a retrospective RTP as the works have already been completed. We procured on an emergency basis that the installation and 26 weeks hire of temporary chillers and air conditioning within the Data Centre at the National Maritime Operations Centre.
