## Description

I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for Project Hex and therefore we would like to award the contract to you\. The call-off contract shall commence on the 22nd June 2022 and the expiry date will be 21 st June 2023 for a period of twelve months\.The total contract value will be up to £230,000 excluding VAT\. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply\. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions\.
