## Description

WNC are looking to implement an ITIL aligned service management solution, accessible to multiple customer organisations \(including West Northamptonshire Council, Cambridgeshire County Council, Milton Keynes Council, Northamptonshire Children's Trust, North Northamptonshire Council\)\. The solution will be used to log tickets to the following service areas: • Finance Operations o Accounts Payable o Debt Recovery o Income Processing o Financial Assessments, Payments, Direct Payments \(for CCC, NNC and WNC only\) • Payroll Services \(includes HR Transactions\) • Business Systems & Change Additional information: Value shown includes the options to extend and intila mobilisation period\. This contract has an initial 2 year fixed term with a further two 12 month options to extend\. Contract administered using the G-Cloud12 Framework Agreement \(RM1557\.12\)\.
