## Description

The City Council has a requirement to understand its dynamic and changing population and increasingly sub-populations - of various geographical areas such as Wards and LSOA/MSOAs, bespoke areas like Family Hub catchments, and "natural neighbourhoods"\. Similarly, the City Council has a requirement to better understand its service users - largely by postcodes collected in CRM systems or simply by asking participants to leave a record of their postcode\. The Council wishes to contract for a software/tool solution that provide data to allow the Council to fulfil these requirements\. Please note - this contract has been awarded via G-Cloud 13 and includes the option for a 1 year extension
