GB-Kielder: Kielder Castle Café Short Term Concession

NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 May 2020 for the following reason: Forestry England have decided to cancel this tender exercise. This decision has been made due to the evolving impact of these unprecedented times. The requirement will be re-tendered under a separate commercial exercise later this year.(Forestry England have an opportunity for a new tenant to operate a Lease for Kielder Castle Café for a period of 1 year. There will be an option to extend the lease by up to a further 2 years in total. The successful bidder/tenant will need to work proactively with Forestry England, alongside existing businesses on site, to provide a high quality visitor experience.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
