## Description

Finyx Consulting Ltd \(Finyx\) have been appointed by Bloom Procurement Services Limited on behalf of Cabinet Office \(CO\) to design, build, and deliver digital services\. Finyx will provide a flexible and responsive service which will be deployed at short notice to provide- additional support to CDDO\.
