GB-Lowestoft: For live plant hire and maintenance within the New Cefas building

Cefas are currently undertaking the construction of a new office building at our site in Lowestoft which is due for completion in October 2019. As a result of this we have a new requirement for the provision of live plants and their maintenance.

We require the hire and full maintenance of a variety of live plants for our office floors, cabinet top and table top areas within the new Cefas building. The plants must be of the correct variety to survive within the internal build space.

We anticipate that we will need the following numbers (final confirmation will be subject to completion of the building): approx. 22 x floor standing, approx. 50 x cabinet plants, and approx. 4 x table top plants.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
