Description

Gentoo Group Ltd (Gentoo) seeks to appoint up to Four Contractors (one per lot) to provide inspection, testing, servicing and planned / reactive maintenance of fire-related systems in relation to various properties owned and managed by Gentoo. • Lot 1 - Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Auto Opening Vents, Sprinkler Systems • Lot 2 - Fire Extinguishers and Fire Blankets, Wet and Dry Risers, Fire Dampers & Refuse Chutes, Fire Hydrants, Fire Suppression System • Lot 3 - Automatic Doors • Lot 4 - Fire Door Inspections (Periodic) PROSPER is managing this Procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
