GB-Northallerton: Broadacres Housing Association - Gas Servicing

Broadacres is seeking to award a Gas Servicing Contract covering a 3* gas servicing and maintenance contract across 590 properties.

The cost model to be is a price per property mechanism. Contract duration will be 3 years (36 months). The estimated total value of the contract is lower than the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 threshold for services, which as of January 2022 is £213,477. Therefore, this procurement is not being conducted under the Public Contracts Regulation 2015.
