## Description

A business change service is required in order to begin the next step of the Digital Infrastructure Replacement project which is a key enabler for the ICT Cloud Transformation Programme and wider Agency Knowledge Information Management Strategy\. Service outputs include management of all programme communications, messages coordination of end user training, floorwalkers and drop in workshops for Office 365 and Sharepoint\.
