## Description

FX Plus is seeking to appoint a single supplier to maintain the CCTV system on both the Penryn and Falmouth Campuses in Cornwall\. The requirement is for:- • Initial site survey on each campus to ascertain the need for any immediate remedial works • Planned preventative maintenance programme to include an annual minimum of 2 x visits per camera • Regular liaison with FX Plus's Help Desk team to obtain current CCTV fault details • Reactive maintenance/repair as per the SLA response times
