## Description

The IoT Wave Two competition is a two stage process, with Stage One focusing on the readiness of the IoT proposals whereas Stage Two will be strongly focused on the viability of the IoTs and looking into the value for money aspects of proposals\. The competition requires a consistent assessment approach and therefore we are contracting with a supplier to deliver the majority of the assessment as well as the management of the entire assessment process through both stages: 1 & 2\. Using CCS Framework RM3745, this contract is for the provision of external technical expertise to mark tenders submitted for Wave 2 of Institute of Technology\.
