Newcastle Laboratory, located at Science Central in Newcastle upon Tyne, is a bespoke design and build commercial facility offering approximately 90,000 square feet of high quality laboratory and office spaces to life science and innovation businesses\. The Council requires a highly qualified and professional Contractor to offer a bespoke programme of business acceleration services and support, tailored to the sector\. The contract will last for a period of approximately 10 months, with Newcastle Laboratory \(recently branded as "The BioSphere", as the focal point\)\.
