The contracting authority also invites the pricing of Preliminaries and overheads and profit and the pricing of a Pricing Schedule for landscaping works with Contractors Design Portions for a specific London Borough of Southwark Parks project for cost comparison purposes \(an exemplar project\)\. This "Pullens Park" project does not form part of the Framework works and the successful tenderer/s will not be required to construct this project, as it is included for cost comparison purposes only\.
