Description
In partnership with Health Education England and the Institute of Healthcare Engineering & Estates Management, Salisbury NHSFT are opening a new national framework for public and qualifying third sector employers to access high quality Estates, Facilities related apprenticeship education provision throughout England. This Framework will cover the standards listed on the Procurement documents, and may be adapted for any successor standards or major changes to existing standards. Providers will be eligible to apply provided they meet the Pass/Fail criteria listed on the Quality Response document, including : • Registration on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (or Register of End Point Assessment Organisations for EPA bidders) • Minimum of Ofsted Grade 2 or a monitoring visit with an outcome of at least Reasonable Progress Employers will be able to either direct award to providers, or conduct further competitions through the Framework operator against employer-set criteria. Please note this is not a commission of spending by Health Education England, and this is not an indication that any published OJEU value will be fulfilled by employers. This is the establishment of a framework to allow for facilitated direct engagement by employers.
