Bromley Central Library - Main Works Contractor

The Council is seeking a suitable main contractor for the relocation of the Bromley Central Library from its current location attached to the Churchill Theatre building to a council-owned vacant retail unit (formerly Topshop) located on the High Street in Bromley town centre. This project is time sensitive and works, and the move of the service, need to be completed by March 2026
