Homes England - Multidisciplinary - Infrastructure Grants Project Management - Commission for Independent Cost and Project Assurance - Aylesbury Garden Town

The purpose of this exercise is to obtain independent third-party assurance of current project cost estimates and infrastructure works programmes across our Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) - Forward Funding (FF) workstream which in turn will be used by Homes England to inform project monitoring and governance arrangements moving forward.
