This opportunity is to seek one or a number of Contractors who can provide the following requirements:

Works Extensions to existing residential properties to provide 4 Bedroom houses at: • 93 York Avenue, Hayes, UB3 2TN • 18 Eighth Avenue, Hayes, UB3 2EU • 16 Browngraves Road, Hayes, UB3 2EU

and Works Conversions to existing properties at • Coaxden Day Centre, Park Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1JQ - as Conversion of offices to 3 x 1 bed Sheltered Flats and • 1 - 3 Standale Grove, Ruislip, HA4 7UA - Conversion into 2 Houses.

The bids shall be structured into Lots for individual and collective pricing
