UHB IT Services manage a large infrastructure of computing and networking resources which underpin business critical applications across the hospital sites\. University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust \(UHB\) is seeking a replacement ITIL-compliant ITSM system to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency\. UHB requires a robust solution that aligns with industry best practices and supports the Trust's commitment to patient care\.
