Saxon Weald is procuring Ground Maintenance and Cleaning Services Contracts which incorporate the following requirements: Grounds Maintenance - Management services. Management of Customer feedback. Grass cutting. Soft landscape maintenance, including shrubs, bushes, hedges & rose beds. Litter picking. Weed moss & algae control. Tree maintenance. Ditch clearance. Winter maintenance. Replacement planting. Japanese knotweed control. Dumped rubbish and fly-tipping management. Cleaning Services - Management services. Management of Customer feedback. Routine and reactive cleaning to internal communal areas. Routine and reactive cleaning services to shared communal kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, laundries and dining areas. Office cleaning at retirement schemes. Cleaning of windows (internal & external). Graffiti removal. Annual deep cleans. Grounds maintenance services cover 236 locations and cleaning services cover 86 locations.
