Insurance brokers required to provide the full range of services required to insure Gibraltar Port Authority for a period of 2 years. Cover is being sought as stated in the specification document available with the tender documents. HM Government of Gibraltar therefore reserves the right to consider only those bids from eligible tenderers in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant procurement provisions. Organisations established in a non-eligible country may participate in tenders issued by HM Government of Gibraltar, at HM Government of Gibraltar's sole discretion, if, as part of their submission, they demonstrate to HM Government of Gibraltar's satisfaction, the creation/establishment of an organisation in Gibraltar to deliver the requirements of the tender.
