## Description

The provision through a framework of travel care and support services for children and young people with special educational needs and children looked after, who primarily travel from home to school; and vulnerable adults who primarily travel from home to day care services, plus other locations as required\. This procurement is comprised of 2 lots\. Lot 1 for regular journeys and lot 2 for ad hoc journeys\. Routes will be called off as and when required for varying durations as set out in the ITT\.
