BCP Future Places - Regeneration Strategy

Description

Stage One: To produce a phased regeneration strategy for BCP that addresses the locationally specific issues facing the conurbation to secure inclusive sustainable growth and to secure the opportunities inherent in the asset base, talent pool and economic base, to secure the BCP's 'place potential' as south coast 'quality of life capital'. In support of this, it will identify key regeneration opportunities and programme and priorities. \r \r The regeneration strategy will inform the prioritisation of investment decision making supporting definition of Value for Money (VfM) and will help form a shared vision to coordinate with the emerging local plan, local transport plan and other key policies; and to inform an investment prospectus.
