GB-Southend: M1819-03 Installation of LED Lighting

Replacement of various corridor/lobby suspended ceilings, distribution boards, rewiring of external lighting/replacement of fittings, communal lighting circuits including all other outgoing communal circuits from each communal distribution boards and replacement of all communal electrical accessories. LED lighting upgrade to communal areas including external lighting and new additional lighting. No works are required in resident's properties. All electrical works must comply with BS-7671:2018 Eighteenth Edition.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
