The Council is seeking to provide a new development of 24 units with associated parking at the existing Walpole Court, Kenilworth Close, Stevenage. The development involves the new build construction of 24 new private sale dwellings, consisting of 10 x four-bedroom houses, and 14 x three-bedroom houses. The development will include all associated on and off site works as indicated on the accompanying site layout.
