Supply and Application of Bitumen for Surface Dressing

Description

Dorset County Council is seeking a sole supplier to deliver the supply and application of bitumen for the annual surface dressing programme. The programme is determined by Dorset County Council Highways Client annual budgets and is subject to annual variations and the established programme is also subject to amendments throughout the duration of the programme. The contract will be for a maximum duration of 7 years consisting of a minimum of 4 years followed by 3 12-month extension periods by agreement with both parties and subject to satisfactory performance.
