## Description

Consortium based commissioning approach to integrate a range of voluntary, community and faith sector services across the CCG and Local Authority\. There are a total of 10 contracts currently in the scope of the procurement exercise which fall into three lots\. Lot 1 - Integrated Carers Services Lot 2 - Enabling empowerment and building resilience Lot 3 - Information, advice and support to prevent social isolation of older people
