Building Block Extension, Warndon, Worcester

Worcester City Council is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the Building Block Extension, Warndon, Worcester Procurement. The Authority is seeking to Contract with an experienced containerised modular build provider who can satisfy the time and budget parameters on this project. All Bidders are required to complete the ITT document in order to submit their completed Bid. All aspects of the ITT must be completed in full and submitted as part of a Bid (see Section 7 (Bid Checklist) for further information). Bidders should also refer to the Specification Attachments: • Design and Access Statement • Planning Drawings • Architects Specification and Drawings

The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website.

Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents
