## Description

Framework for an initial two year period, with the option to extend for two further 12 month periods \(dependent on performance and requirement\), with a maxium framework period of four years for demolition works\. The requirements of the framework will be split into two lots: Works estimated up to £50,000 \(Lot 1\) and Works estimated over £50,000 \(Lot 2\) All future works under either lot will be subject to a further mini competition and evaluated on the same criteria on which this framework has been awarded\.
