## Description

To reduce fuel poverty and cut carbon emissions by improving the energy efficiency of the targeted homes, aiming to bring them up to an EPC level C and above where practical\. Works include external wall insulation, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, room in roof insulation, floor insulation and internal wall insulation\.
