Description

To undertake a range of refurbishment works within a cluster of connected ground floor rooms to create a new Business Hub facility. Project to include minor remodelling works, minor electrical works, flooring works and redecoration works. The most significant item is providing new mechanical ventilation to several of the rooms to provide a fresh air supply into otherwise inadequately ventilated areas.
