This is not a call for competition. Contract was awarded via CCS RM971 Non Medical Non Clinical. The scope of work includes: Working on the Upgrade of the Oracle Platform; Identifying flagged files and Defects in the upgraded environments; Fixing Defects as identified; Documentation of Fixes and configuration changes Change management; Implementation of fixes through the development environments in to production.
