Framework: Reactive Repairs & Maintenance

The nature of the works to be executed under this contract comprises repairs, maintenance works of improvement and alteration to the full portfolio of properties and assets owned or rented by the Council. The duration of this framework will be 36 months from the date of commencement with an option to extend for a further 12 months.

The required lots are General Building, Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, Joinery, Glazing, Resurfacing, Painting & Decoration, Scaffolding, Flooring and Drainage.
