Options Appraisal and Preliminary Design - West Derby Road / Muirhead Avenue (Tuebrook Roundabout)

Liverpool City Council are currently planning highway improvement work as part of an £80m capital investment plan into its strategic highway network. They are looking to engage with suitable qualified consultants to produce an options appraisal, and preliminary design (of the preferred option) for the junction which also includes street lighting, drainage improvements and possibly traffic signals.
