Description

The service comprises of quality audits to mechanical service responsive repairs and planned maintenance to buildings for orders placed under the new Heating and Water contracts A (north of the borough) and B (south of the borough) which are due to commence on 1 April 2016. • Quality audits of individual boiler installations and district heating plant. • Quality audits of gas servicing systems and processes. • Quality audits of testing regimes on cold water storage tanks and temperature monitoring. • Pre installation quality control audits • Work in progress quality control auditing • Internal systems auditing to ensure current legislation is complied with • Booster sets for high rise buildings • Leaseholder gas servicing record certificate audits and review.
