## Description

The service comprises of quality audits to mechanical service responsive repairs and planned maintenance to buildings for orders placed under the new Heating and Water contracts A \(north of the borough\) and B \(south of the borough\) which are due to commence on 1 April 2016\. • Quality audits of individual boiler installations and district heating plant\. • Quality audits of gas servicing systems and processes\. • Quality audits of testing regimes on cold water storage tanks and temperature monitoring\. • Pre installation quality control audits • Work in progress quality control auditing • Internal systems auditing to ensure current legislation is complied with • Booster sets for high rise buildings • Leaseholder gas servicing record certificate audits and review\.
