Building Surveying Services

Oxford City Council intends to let a Framework Contract for the supply of Building Surveying Services. The Framework will consist of a maximum of 5 Suppliers who may be required to supply the following types of services:

• Measured surveys and preparation of floor plans, elevations and sections, on CAD • Feasibility studies of existing buildings • Dealing with party wall matters • Preparation, pricing and negotiation of schedules of dilapidations • Preparation of schedules of condition • Stock condition surveys • Budgetary costing • Project management of refurbishment schemes • CDM Matters • Specification writing • Disabled adaptations design • Disabled design access inspections and statement • Small scale designs • Advice on Statutory Consents, including, Building Regulations, Planning & Listed Building Consents • Expert witness advice • Arbitration
