GB-London: Parkwide Re surfacing works QEOP

The Project aims to enhance visitor satisfaction when visiting the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) by undertake a parkwide re-surfacing project, replacing the existing surface dressing in areas where this has gone into decline, aiming to increase the aesthetic value the park provides. As LLDC is establishing the QEOP as an international visitor destination, it is essential that the park meets the standards which would be expected of a high profile visitor attraction. The works to be undertaken by the Contractor comprise of all permanent and temporary works, the design and the resurfacing of parkwide footpaths and the required commissioning and testing necessary to undertake the complete installation of the works.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
