Fiber metal laser cutter to include the following requirements: - - The machine must be self-contained and fully enclosed unit for safety - Minimum of 1kw laser power capable of cutting up to 40m per minute - Standalone filter and extraction to meet IFA certification - - Max machine footprint 2400mm x 2400mm and no more than 2000mm in height (not including extractor or chiller unit) - Capability to cut up to 10mm mild steel - Capability to cut mild steel, stainless steel 4mm, aluminum3mm, brass and copper 2mm - Removable and replaceable bed slats - Built in PC with touch screen including wireless keyboard and mouse. If possible, with connectivity to college systems. - Min windows 10 based software - please specify additional software available - The ability to accept DXF. files to run on software package - Removable bottom drawer or tray to collect waste and material.
