Independent Advocacy - Triage and NHS complaints

Following the Council's recent tender process (https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/5d81ed25-f8d1-4491-8d47-a13691dbaaf0) for Independent Advocacy, the feedback from the supplier market and the limited tender activity for Lot 1 Triage/NHS Complaints, a decision has been taken by the Council not to award Lot 1 only.

We would like to discuss with all potential service providers, new and those who may have already shown an interest in independent advocacy;

• Amendments to the service requirements, • Clarifications on aspects within Lot 1 which suppliers may have found unclear, • Additional funding options to ensure success of the independent advocacy model.
