Description
As part of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, the Track Cycling event will be held at Lee Valley VeloPark. The Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games are seeking to appoint an experienced Traffic Management company to undertake the design and development of the Lee Valley Traffic Management Contract to support the venue operations. The successful Supplier will specialize in the planning and delivery of traffic management plans for large scale events with experience of working with key local and venue stakeholders in the planning phase of the event through to operations during the event period. The Supplier will also be required to move through to the operational stage of the project providing appropriately trained traffic marshals and supervisor/s to deliver the venue transport operations on event days. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
