Framework for the Provision of Operational Temporary Staff

Description

The Council's Environmental Service is responsible for the delivery of high quality domestic waste and recycling collections to nearly 60,000 homes, as well as street cleansing and grounds maintenance within the borough area. Around 150 full time operatives are employed to provide these services. This tender is to create a multi-supplier framework for temporary operational staff. It is important to note there are two operational depots (Romsey and Andover) which have differing needs in terms of temporary agency worker support. The framework duration is 2 Years (with the possibility of a 1 year extensions to a maximum of 4 years). The total estimated value is around £290k p/a.
